I like luxury more, obviously, i mean a good room service breakfast pretty much seals the deal, but in a pinch i can do a B&B for one night.. for long stays, I just feel more at home in a more luxury type hotel

I like luxurious hotels, with "room service" "Spa" and a "transportation availability" from Hotel to town and of course, a "Kid's Mini Club" otherwise, what kind of vacation would it be if my "little suckers" don't have any entertainment ? I don't care so much for the Hotel's food, because we like to leave the Hotel for the "good food"!

I like old downtown hotels. Clean ones.
I like to be able to walk to museums or beaches or other attractions.
Walking to eat is a plus. Particularly breakfast.
The B&Bs I've stayed in felt like stage sets. Real pretty but I was afraid to mess up the pillows.
I also can't sleep above the third or forth floor.
And friendly employees are a big plus.

Luxury, of course.
In my dreams.
Currently, I have sufficient money for renting a tent for a week in a camping
But, soon, when I will be owner of a Hotel in Capri (Ahahaha :-)) you will be my first, appreciate guest (for free, naturally!!!)
And then you will delete "nomore" from your nick.
E' il mio inglese che è sgangherato! Ciao!

I try to look for places that are mom and pop. I feel sorry for the little guy who needs business. These people have to go against these big A## chains like Marriot and HIlton and they stand no chance. Yes I try to stay in more of a bed and breakfast. Plus you get treated better in these places. They are not "corporate entities".
