ok, if i can't trace the suspect, what is the first move to take? go to tne bank and...?

call the number on the back of your card asap. make sure that you haven't given your pin number to anyone and that it isnt your address or your birthday or any personal info, because in that case you can be held liable with the pin agreement. make sure that your card is cancelled. but if you gave your card to someone then there is nothing the bank can do. if you are a skimming victim go to your branch after calling and cancelling your card and then make sure that you change your pin. your branch will fill out an investigation form and if the fraud is legit you will usually have your money back within 48 to 72 hours. if it is skimming your bank will not tell you who did it. if it was a friend or someone who you lent your card to, you would have to file a police report to find out who.

You should immediately report it to the bank. They will issue you a new ATM card and you should get your money back. The bank will investigate and press charges as necessary.
