I'm not American but one of the cornerstones of the American system is it MUST appear above secularism. About the only way to do that in terms of a running mate would be an atheist running mate or at least an agnostic.

No disrespect to the LDS church however they are the only church I am aware of where a single sexual indescrection can lead to excomunication. The church expects very strcit expectations of it's members can be tremembously hard on them. Especiallly in areas where they are less than 0.01% of the population.

I recently had my name removed from the rolls not because I don't believe in the rolls but fear I can't not follow and set the example of a true saint. I do not wish my possible trying to be an example to be held up as an example when I invarably fall..

As a single male The Terrestial Kingdom is the best I can hope to achieve anyway.

No. He'd have a better chance if he ran as the Democrat he is. No self-respecting Republican would EVER support socialized medicine as he did in his state.
