You're in the same boat I am...I didn't think anyone else's husband was like that, or that anyone else would admit it. :) I bathe every day, and I have tried to get my husband to do the same, but he doesn't...I have just learned to accept his stinkiness. :)

If he has a job in physical labor, then he'd be really stinky right now. If he works at an office, he might still be stinky, but think that no one can tell. But I'll bet YOU can tell, right? Smell comes off a person much more than they realize.

Best of luck to you with the stinky situation!

Honest to God, one time I read an article and it was about a man that wouldn't shower and he stunk so bad that when he walked by a fire alarm it went off.

He may suffer from depression. Have you ever noticed this pattern before? Does he work? Has he been calling out sick? Are there any other strange things you've noticed? If not, time to hose him down, refuse to go near him till he cleans up.

One of my eco friends does not shower for 10 days at a time. It's super sick, but he has a philosophy. Does your husband have a philosophy, or is he just lazy and not care about how you view him?

I imagine your husband has other issues in his life which makes him think dirty is acceptable. I would be very frank with him and tell him to shower because he smells.

Gross! Is he sick with something that has prevented this? Offer to shower with him in case he is feeling weak, or to have some fun and get him clean if not!

I don't understand what your question is. Just tell him to go take a shower.

You need to let him know that he has to take a bath because you are grossed out and ask him how he would feel if you would not take a bath for that long. I hope you haven't slept with him? you poor thing!
