Depends on what side of the political spectrum you are on...if they will be good or bad.
Will be visited by three ghosts.
Christmas past, present and future.
And they will haunt him forever.
And that in turn will haunt us forever.
The names of the ghosts are...
Largest national debt, bad foreign relations, and Katrina.

Don't think he will pardon all the crooks as " Slick Willie" did.President George W. Bush may not get credit for the lenghtened economic prosperity, the turmoil after 9/11, which died down with no further incidents of terror,the steadfastness in his thinking, the support he has given the armed forces while the Democrats said" We Support the Troops" and then cut the funds to provide them with sustinance and the equipment,. The last three things President Bush will do are (1) Salute the flag in the Oval Office(2) Thank all the Staff who supported him and the First Lady Laura and (3) Tell the next president he hopes he will get better support than the Democrats gave him.

1. Sign a Presidential amnesty bill that will put an end to the "illegal immigrant" problem.
2. Pardon any of the crooks in his administration that have been convicted.
3. Pat himself on the back for being such a "good" president.... He is such an idiot, he really thinks he's good at it.

1. He will thank the white house staff for their service.
2. He will provide a general pardon for people that served during his administration to keep political hacks from trying to bankrupt them for to score political points in court after he is gone.
3. He will pray that the next president continues to promote democratic reforms around the world.

Bush seems to be trying to improve his pitiful image. One example is his goal to reduce the US nuke arsenal to approx 25% of current size. He also signed the energy bill into law.
Thus, in order to chip away at his horrific past seven years, he may attempt to do something worthwhile for once in his horrid life.
