A supersonic bullet makes a sonic boom, which may reflect off hard surfaces. But you probably mean a gunshot, not a bullet. It is very common to hear each gunshot twice, which probably results in many false reports of the number of shots a person heard. If you hear, "ka-pow, ka-pow, ka-pow," that's probably only three shots, each one echoing off of a building.

The sound of a gunshot will echo off things like buildings and cliffs just like any other loud sound. The bullet itself can bounce off hard things too (rocks and steel, for example), but it's called a ricochet.

in OUTER SPACE, no one can hear your echo!!!

but, assuming you are not in a void, like outer space, yes, there will be an echo. an echo is just shock waves from any object reflecting off a surface and coming back to you - just likes bats for little shots of sound and the sounds bounces off a bug and comes back to the bat. but all this requires matter, like air ( or in the case of dolphins, water) for the echoes to travel through.
