ln [ (x - 9) (x) ] = ln 22
x ² - 9x = 22
x ² - 9x - 22 = 0
(x - 11) (x + 2) = 0
x = 11 , x = - 2
Accept + ve value of x = 11

when you add ln's you multiply the numbers with them. So ln(x-9) + ln(x)= ln(x^2 - 9x)

that means that x^2 - 9x = 22
(x + 2)(x - 11)=0
x=-2 or 11

ln(x-9)+lnx=ln22
ln(x-9)*x=ln22
x(x-9)=22
x2-9x-22=0
(x+2)(x-11)=0
x=-2 , 11

e^{ln(x-9)+lnx=ln22}
x-9+x = 22
2x=22+9
2x=31
x=31/2
