I am worrying kind. I worry always.
But not about big things, somehow I believe that all big important things in life will come to their place by themselves, I just need to be true to myself.
However, I do worry about things of the moment, such as will I make good presentation on the meeting? will I be on time for choir? what if someone tries to ring me while I am in lift out of network?

OH yeah,
* I can barely keep up with the athletics that I used to do quite well just a few years ago.
*My jogging times are slipping.
*I can't see/hear/remember stuff the way I used to.
*I NEED READING GLASSES!
However,
*I still commute to work on my sportbike.
*I still compete in martial arts tournaments (albeit, in an "old-guy" division ...).
*I still work out between two to four hours per day, about five days per week.
*I still look like I'm in my early thirties (I'm 49 ...).

No I don't worry about it. It isn't like you can change what is coming so you might as well enjoy the ride.

there are some doubts and anxiety i feel with regards to the future, but i dont dwell on them, but rather i try to live life one day at a time.
