ok my brother in law has talked grandpa into sighning over the whole familys land and inheritence to him the old man has been incompitent for awhile before he done that and he is now telling me hubby and my 2 month old daughter we have to leave our home and land and that he is building a horse pature dear husband had a verbal agreement with his grandad that this was our land. we own our home but the land is the problem is there anything we can do to protect our home and inheritance, if so who do we see or what do we do

Go see a lawyer.

This is definitely a "go see a lawyer" case. You will also have to have grandpa declared non compos mentis (the legal term for "incompetent to manage his own affairs") in order to overturn the deed. This can be very negative because then someone will have to take care of him. A declaration of non compos mentis will mean that he cannot ever again transact his own personal business.
