what two classification levels do the scientific names of the salamanders represent?

The scientific names for all organisms are shortened two worlds. For example, us humans, are called Home sapiens or H. sapiens in short. The first world is the genus we belong to and the second word is the species.

The taxa of classification of animals starts at the Kindom level and follows as Phylum, Class, Order, Family, Genus, and finally species.

As per your question the two levels of classification is that of Genus and species.
