i downloaded it and when i clicked finish i couldnt find it anywhere in my computer. someone help! and the same thing happened with photo shop.

If you downloaded with Firefox, click on "Tools", then "Downloads" to bring up your download history. Find the paint shop file, then click on "Open", or you can right-click on "Open" and select "Open Containing Folder" to figure out where it was put.
I don't know if IE has a similar download history...

It was probably downloaded to the My Documents folder on your PC. The easiest way to find it is to right click on your C drive (in My Computer) and search for the file. You can type in a few letters of the file name you are looking for and put a *.* after the name (e.g. photo*.*)
This will look for all files with the word "photo" with any extension.

Download again and pay attention to where its being saved.
It usually goes to C:\WINDOWS\Temp
