what is she wearing on her arms?! I've never been able to find the name to that covering her arms. PLEASE TELL ME.

Gauntlets - cover the hand [ not fingers ] and at least part of the arm.
My sons wear them on stage productions and LARKing.

pretty sure they are just called arm warmers.
