The responsible thing for her to do would be to cancel the book, admit that she's a failure, and get out of the spotlight.

Let's face the facts, the Spears family is the most dysfunctional family in the history of the U.S. Her story is better told on a trashy MTV series than in a serious parenting book. At least there, it would be reaching the right audience - people who enjoy watching trainwrecks.

she should be the last one to be writing books on parenting. That's like Pamela Anderson writing a book on how to have a good marriage.
