I believe castlewars is members. Duel arena is non members now, But knowing how Jagex is screwin up the game right now, castle wars will probably be free soon.
To those of you who haven't played pking is gone now, I quit but I get on to check updates. They replaced it with some stupid bounty hunter thing where you try to fight people double your level and it's less then half of what pking ever was.

Castlewars is in the far west of runescape where nonmembers cannot reach. The duel arena was made available to nonmembers last week when they announced the new updates & altered the wilderness. They opened it up to nonmembers to give them another method to compete against each other since they are now restricting Pking.

castlewars and duel arena are members only. to get there fast just get a dueling ring if ur a mem and select either one. in the dueling arena you can stake and duel other players in castle wars theres about a 20 min. game and the winner gets tickets to buy armour and weps just in case you didnt know...

Castlewars is for members, so yeah, just duel arena is free.
