Only for people that I'm not really close to because I would absolutely hate it if someone close to me could only think of giving me chocolates

Sometimes I buy chocolates for Christmas. I usually buy the homemade type, but I have to be careful that I don't start eating them, because they won't last long enough to give as a gift!

Yes, I do. Not usually as the main gift, but for a little something extra. It's always good to have some extra on hand for unexpected guests too.

No, unless it's extra little "stocking stuffers" or something. I used to buy candy for my kids' teachers sometimes when they were little, but they are past that age now.
However, I make homemade fudge and sometimes give tins of that as small family gifts, hostess gifts, etc.

I only bought for one of my kids teachers as he was their secret Santa. I like to make my own chocolate and give it to family. :)

For someone who loves chocolate, sometimes I do. It is usually an extra thing...not their main gift.
