I believe you are 8 hours ahead of us here in the states. It's
only 8:20 PM on the west coast. It's 11:20 on the eastern
coast I believe. So I'll be up a few more hours probably.
This is one of the best locations to be, when you can't sleep.
Staring at the screen will soon make your eyes droopy and
you might even find yourself nodding off as I was doing just
awhile ago. I almost shut down and went to bed. But it was
an hour ago, and I just knew I'd wake up in the wee hours
and be wide awake again. Sometimes I do wake up around
5:00 and get on here awhile and I sometimes can go back
to sleep. It stays dark where I live until around 8:00 and with
the grey skies of late, there's no sun shining thru the window.
Maybe you've got too much on your plate and it's causing
you stress, so you can't sleep soundly? Limit your tea in the
evening, and maybe that will help if you are an evening tea
drinker. Don't have anything with caffeine after 5:00 PM
and maybe you'll see the difference in your sleeping pattern.
And drink more water to keep yourself more hydrated.
Hope you are able to catch up on your missing 'winks'!

Well it's 1:15 AM in Missouri, and that means that it is 7:15 AM in England. But am still wide awake - had a rough day and did not get much accomplished but after a few more questions on YA - I will try to sleep. Well I hope what little sleep you did get made you feel better! Have a good day!

I can't sleep because I'm having some kind of allergic reaction to something and I'm itching like mad. I've broken out on my neck and collar bone/chest, hands and ankles and shins. I've tried everything to make the itching stop but so far nothing works. I have a doctors appt. in the morning then hopefully I can come home and grab a little snooze before I have to get really busy.

I really should be going to bed here pretty soon, as I have to go to work in the morning. It is 10:45 here and I am up making Christmas candy for a few gifts that have to be delivered on Friday morning.

It's about 11:30 where I am in the States.... and I'll still be up for quite a while. I'd sing you a lullaby, but that would surely ruin any chances of you falling asleep, I'm afraid...lol! Just stay and chat with us for a while.
Momma...I hope you get really good news soon. I'll be keeping your little one in my thoughts and prayers.

It's 10:09PM here. My 2 kids got a Walmart gift card from their grandpa; so I had to drive them 35 miles to Walmart tonight. Now I'm waiting on dinner to come out of the oven so that I can eat, take a shower, go to bed and get up and go to work tomorrow.. The life of a single dad!!!

One reason is that we are in a lot of different time zones. I'm in California. It is 8:15 PM here. I'll be asleep soon because I get up at 4 AM.

Well dear it is only 10:15 P/M here in Texas and I'm getting ready to walk the dogs and run to the grocery real quick before going to bed, snuggling in and reading for awhile. I can't wait.
