well to start waking up and finding at least one good thing about your life and at the end of the day list all of the good things that happened to you no matter how small. for the paranoid thing it will lessen after the self confidence builds which can be increased by doing things that you are good at and working at some things that you aren't so good at and as you do better you will know that you can do things that you put your mind too which is vital to good confidence

Just do it! Be positive, you dont need tips.Start now and don't whine or complain abought things, accept things for what they are and always tell your self they could be worse.
Think to your self " At least I didn't get chased in to a burning building by a pack of wild dogs today".
That's how I stay positive!

You are your own creation of thinking. Omit what others might be watching you for any reason, unless they approach you for one thing or other. Reacting thing and people who come and see you, talk to you and deal with you, then you have a chance to evaluate what exact situation is, then you do not have to wonder,imagine, do guesswork.
There is a German proverb: "Was ich nicht Weiss macht mir nicht Heiss". i.e. What I do not known, I do not get bothered.
Remain occupied with your routine and urgent issues.

i struggle wit this too. one way is to just chill and observe and analyze your surroundings. figure out if ur a cool person and when i say cool, i dont mean popular. cool refers to a person able to call on his/her own faults and recognize their place in this world.
another way is self pep talks. these talks are effective because u tell urself certain things that u may wish others told u. in this way, ur able to bring some logical understanding of urself to tha surface, demanding tha positive attention from everyone else.

U've got the idea! I'd recommened letting yourself go, be carefree every now and then. It's very theriputic and seeing people smile, while being who u r inside makes everything better.
