i got 2 Fs,2 Cs n one A on college so i got kicked out(Best College in the whole caribbean) should get into a really expensive private college or start working?

It depends if you consider school important.
If you value it high enough, you'll succeed at it. If your future depends on it (i.e. your career or life goals require you to do well at school), you should stay at school.
If you dont mind quitting and working the rest of your life (i.e. probably at least 50 years) at an average job, getting average money, living an average life, then do so.
However I think the benefits of a good education are obvious.
I'd stick at it if I were you. You sound like a smart kid. You took the initiative to ask this question.
A real drop out wouldn't have. You have enormous potential.
Your future is yours. It's how you make it. You decide for yourself. I personally, think you should continue with school.

Try a community college and stop partying on your parents money. It isn't too late. If you start working and don't give it another try then you will regret it later.
