I have a cacoon I crawl into where only those I trust and love are welcome and I cry and write and I turn to nature for a hug..when I feel stronger and wiser and the pain has eased then I fly out and I know that I have been changed for the better..
How about you?

I look to the sky, feel the warm sun on my face and a soft-breeze to once again refresh me........giving me a healing effect with a renewed strength and a self-satisfaction there is a God above and he understands my situation much better than myself and is willing to give me no more than I can handle without intervention, love and peace! God will heal those who simply ask......and he will never forsake you in your darkest hour...while forgiving you of all transgressions!

Im with Willy. Today ws a day where I was hurt and sad and didnt know what to do. I took a long shower and cried. Its sumthin about the water and tears that just cleanses. I like to cry in the shower so noone can hear me. I pray to God and read my Bible for encouragement. Alsp writing poetry our keeping a journal helps. Just admitting my emotions that im too afraid or embarassed to admitt out loud helps when I write it. Some times I tear it up afterwards so noboody can find it.

I cry, sulk ,yell and feel like the world is comming 2 an end. Depends, the cacoon is a good idea maybe i'll try it.

I practice meditation coupled with Yoga.
