Have you ever done something you regret doing?

I got absolutely nothing from it and i ended up hurting the ones i love. I feel MISERABLE right now, what do i do?

People who say they have no regrets in life, are either lying or jerks. Everyone, at some point, will do something that hurts someone else. Whether intentional or not, it happens. It's how you feel about it afterwards that matters. If you're sorry, then you've learned a lesson (one hopes). If you're not, that makes you a jerk.

As someone pretty wise said above, "life is a lesson." You will do stuff that makes no sense sometimes and the best you can do is take away knowledge (after apologizing to the offended party, of course). The fact that you feel regret tells me you're not a bad person...so here's what I suggest: apologize and file it in your "things not to do again" cabinet.

Then, most importantly, forgive yourself, move on and be a better person next time. You're already well on your way to being a better person, so don't beat yourself up too much. Everyone gets second, third and many more chances. You are worth the time!

Life is a lesson!!
Never regret anything, because at one point in time it was exactly what you wanted..
You probably feel miserable because the one's you hurt and love are making you feel that way. You may have got absolutely nothing from whatever you did, but there is a reason you did it.
