Do not do this under any conditions!!!

Buy a Genuine Scooter Buddy 125cc or Rattler 110cc. Remove the 125 or 110 sticker and the bike looks like a 50cc bike. Both bikes have 50cc versions and you can probably get replacement stickers.

According to Scoot magazine the one with the most top speed was the Kymco Super 9, I forget which had the best acceleration.

Aprilia!

At least if you derestrict an Aprilia, it won't blow up on you.

If you were asking for an American moped, there are none.

Mopeds, by definition and law, are limited to a max of 35 mph on a level surface.

In other words, they ALL are.

well de-restricted would mean that the cut off limit has been removed so they would not all have a top speed of 35 mph, duh! but to answer the asker's question ... i don't know but ...why ... if you want speed get something bigger.
