i have two kids and there dads wife thinks he should not hve to pay chlid support for them ,,, i have allready droped $40,000 in backpay that was owed to me to give him a new chance

If mom wanted them and dad didn't, then mom should take on all costs. If both wanted them, then it should be shared.

Damn, wish i was married to you! lol I am a man of course and I happen to pay child support! I won't lie, it does get to me every once in awhile, but it our responsibility! I Happen to pay child support for two kids who aren't mine biologically and I would rather pay my child support than tun my back on those kids! It isn't there fault there mother and I divorced! The only time it really bothers me is when I do not have the extra money to spend on them when they are with me. A man should take care of his children! I was raised by my step dad who took care of all of us as his own and I will always remember what my grandfather told me " anyone can make a baby, it takes a man to raise one"!

Tell her that she's just one of many wives that he will have, but that his KIDS are his flesh and blood. And in the eyes of the court and by law, they need to be taken care of financially. I'm owed BOOKOO bucks in back child support too. DON'T LET UP on this - this is THEIR money. AND if you're collecting any kind of welfare or aid from the state or county, then he should be thrown in jail for fraud for this. Too bad that she doesn't like it! These are his children!

i am a single dad, their mother owes 70,000.00 seventy thousand, i have seen child support from both sides of the fence, if the parent does not live there, they must help. but, the court system must take in account that the other person has a life also, just because a person has a vagina, it is not a cart blanche to screw the other over.

he has an equal responsibility, child support is nowhere near what it costs to raise a child, so even if it is a huge amount, your kids have every right to be given a lifestyle similar to their dads, he is left with plenty of money after he pays. Unless you have refused him visitation He should Pay! You Are!

um heck no....if the wives have a problem with that then they should talk to their husbands about why they are so irresponsible and have kids without taking care of them....im sure if they were in the same position they would want help from them too....that's selfish of them...and to be honest they shouldn't really have any say.....any problem should be resolve with their husbands why should the kids pay for their mistakes

Obviously he should. You didn't make them all by yourself so why should you be the only one to pay for them financially. She's stupid, I bet if they split up and had kids she would want child support.

that is absolute bull. why should you have to support those kids by yourself??? he made them too. He should be a man an own up to it himself, and if he cant then you get that money. REMEMBER WHO IT IS FOR. THOSE KIDS. THAT 40000 COULD HAVE GONE TO THERE COLLEGE FUND. that is sad
