Is this snake venomous?

Its just a baby. Its black and has a yellow/orange ring around its head and the bottom of it starts yellow and ends orange... here are two pics...

Your links dont work, but no, its a ringneck snake, he wont hurt you.

Even a venomous snake wont hurt you if given the chance to escape. I catch pigmy rattlesnakes on my porch a lot, and put them back in the woods.
