Do you need to need to cast all 30 or most of them or can you use as few as as you want? Are you a high school or a college?
If you have the talent and production capabilities - a musical might generate more interest.
The Real Inspector Hound (Fun mystery)
West Side Story (Big old, requiring good voices, but appeals to younger audinece still)
The Fantastics (A worn but still good chestnut requiring the young male and female leads to be able to put it all on the line)
The Tavern (Fun take off on the old melodrama complete with cheap sound effects - not a musical)
The Buddy Holly Story (Might appeal to younger crowd)
Grease (A fun show and a crowd pleaser)
Jersy Boys (If it's available it coud be hot)
Little Shop of Horrors (Fun if you can pull off the effects)

Try something Shakespearian like Macbeth... Its very interesting has a pretty small cast, its historic as well. And looking at your other plays it just fits. Break a leg, stay in theatre.
If you don't like that try Tom Jones its funny & historic. Or the girl in the mirror, the audience said that it was a reeally good play they were like begging for a sequel LOL.
