This is a sequal for that movie. The first one was titled just 'Alien vs. Predator' the second one ends with the word 'Requiem'. I haven't seen the movie so I don't know how it got it's name. It comes out on Christmas day in America.

It's a sequel, Alien vs. Predator was first now this one is Alien vs. Predator Requiem.
