I'm assuming you need to simplify
2p(3m + n) + (-3p)(5m +2n)
= 6pm + 2pn - 15pm - 6pn
= -9pm - 4pn
= p(-9m - 4n) = - p(9m + 4n)

2p(3m+n) + -3p(5m+2n)
Multiply to remove brackets:
6pm + 2pn - 15pm - 6pn
Collect like terms:
6pm - 15pm + 2pn - 6 pn
Simplify:
-9pm - 4pn
-p(9m + 4n)

6pm + 2pn - 15pm - 6pn =
-9pm - 4pn =
-p(9m + 4n)

Best of luck!
