I was getting ready for my first day at work today and my older sister was in my room talking to me and started lauging b/c I was wearing underwear under my pantyhose. She told me that you're suppose to go bare bottom with hose. Is she teasing me or is that true?

Actually the whole concept of "pantyhose" was the combination of panty and hose. It's strictly personal preference on how you wear it. Personally I prefer the microfiber low rise underwear because I'm always paranoid that the hose will tear and I'll be uncomfortable. Again, it's strictly personal preference but it was designed with the idea of eliminating underwear which is why they have a cotton crotch.

i imagine you should wear undies under the pantyhose for the hygiene factor but the reason why they made pantyhose with a cotton crotch was to eliminate the underwear factor and just have a one piece... but it depends on what your preference is and the type of hosiery you are wearing!

I always wear underwear, except when I was in dance and I had to not wear underwear with them so a pantyline wouldn't show. It was extremely uncomfortable.

You should wear underwear; without it, pantyhose would be extremely uncomfortable and you could get an infection.

you sister is so wrong. I always wear undies under my tights and/or pantyhose. that would be gross and uncomfortable to go without.
