And how much do you spend on your little ones?

I mark most of them from Santa and spend about $150 on each of my 2 little ones. My husband thinks that's ridiculous!? One of each of their presents cost $50 alone. I know Xmas isn't supposed to be about the gifts, but it's so much fun to see their excited faces on Xmas morning & rip into their presents! :) Merry Christmas!!

Mom and dad always put out gifts before Christmas.. and saved the rest until Christmas eve.. then put those out from Santa...
we knew we had gifts from mom and dad.. but the ones from Santa were such a surprise.. they were the big gifts..
hope this helps..
once we got older .. the just put Santa..
even if we draw names.. we just put Santa..
Merry Christmas..

I mark a lot from hubby and me and a few from Santa. It is hard as with 5 of them the 13 and 11 yr olds don't believe but the 7 yr old still does. The 2 yr old is just learning about who Santa is and the 1 yr old has no clue really yet. So I do a few from Santa and the older ones play along which is good. I have spent way toooooooo much already even though I tried to budget. I have my 5 plus my mother in law we live with at the moment and an 18 yr old niece who lives here as well. Plus hubby's brother and sister and their spouses and 6 kids between them and my older brother and his little girl. Plus my mother and grandmother. I make up gift baskets too and add a heap of things. But nothing beats the look on their faces Xmas morning. I get excited too. :) Merry Xmas to you and your family :)

My family doesn't "do" the Santa thing, the gifts are marked, "From Mom and Dad". How much I spend honestly varies quite a bit from year to year. This year things are tight, so I spent about $50 on each child from our household budget. My dad sent money for me to spend on gifts that will be marked "From Grandpa Mike" and that is around $20 each. The other grandparents give them gifts on Christmas eve, along with aunts and uncles on my husbands side. They end up with plenty, even on years when I personally can't spend much.

I have always marked my children's Christmas presents from Santa, Rudolph, Prancer or any of the other reindeer. I just mix them up on each present. Usually each gift is from a different reindeer. Mrs. Claus has even been known to leave a gift or two. lol

As for how much I spend on them, I really prefer not to say. But, they most likely get want.

My husband has never said anything about the amount we spend. That has never been an issue for us.

In my house there is:

Me (18)
My sister (14)
My brother (9)

Since my brother still believes in Santa my parents put from Santa on all the gifts.
We still do it because of my brother.

I'm not sure about how it's going to be next year, I know that my mom will probably cry when my brother doesn't believe in Santa, but I think that she willl still put from Santa on the presents.

From Santa 85% of the time and Mom and Dad the other 15%. So far all together we have spent about 1,000 for each of the three kids.

Its a sad realization but so true. He probably sits on a sunny beach in a comfy beach chair some where in Mexico with a margarita and a bunch of hot girls around him like Hugh Hefner. When he pops a few Viagra pills he does the naughty naughty... Then he calls up Miss. Clause and tells her that he is almost finished with all the present deliveries. Fortunately his white beard covers up his sun tan and Miss. Clause never suspects a thing.

When my kids were little, I would mark the majority of stuff from mom and dad, and it would be under the tree right from the start. Santa brought them only a few special things, that they actually asked him for. That way,Santa brought what they wanted, and mom and dad didn't look like cheapskates (santa didnt get all the credit for our hard work!)
