my betta fry hatched and i need some food i was wondering can i make some?

Yes, just take some tankwater, a clean glass or bowl, put it in there with a cooked potatoe and put it into the window where the sun has access to it
your fry need some time to absorb the birthsack anyway until they're freeswimming
just take a clean new eyedropper and feed them once they're free swimming
you will have to renew it every 4 days though

Eve didn't mention anywhere in her answer that that method is used to culture infusoria, tiny organisms that betta fry can eat.

Other food you can use is baby brine shrimp (easy to hatch, just google it), microworms, walterworms, vinegar eels, and rarely powedered food.

ONE question I have for you, is why the hell would you breed, and have NOTHING to feed the fry? Real responsible.
