First line of the article for those that want to skip the religious rant of the article: "Okay, so the headline is a bit premature, but it’s the logical precursor to the legal philosophy of liberal extremists, isn’t it?" So your headline is intentionally misleading. I call this a lie. The OPINION of someone that so obviously supports religious freedoms for anyone as long as they are Christian is not a good place to start. There are no grounds for which a court could find a letter that predates the constitution to be unconstitutional. What bothers me even more are the 3 people that responded like religo-bots to the headline (obviously without reading the article) like it was true. "Must have been a Clinton appointed judge..." Must be a lie.

Let me try to understand what your saying.

OK Gondolas fired all Non Bush Judges So one of Bush's Minion Judges is thinking a document that predates the Constitution is somehow prophetically against that which would come after.

Since the Declaration of Independence, Is a letter to King George. I don't understand why Bush would ... OH NO I get it Bush thinks he is King George. That explains everything.

Yes, this is the logical next step of liberal judges and when it happens, it will almost certainly be the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. I mean these people are a sandwich short of a picnic. These are the same loons who have declared the Pledge of Allegiance 'unconstituional'. Why stop there? They might even declare the Constitution unconstituional. Maybe they're having conference calls with Hugo Chavez when making their rulings.

well that's an opinion piece that clearly states in the first sentence that it is not a fact, "Okay, so the headline is a bit premature", so I think you may need to take a reading comprehension class, or maybe you actually are dreaming.

I think that all government figures take away rights, it's what they do, it is necessary for a hierarchy to function. So yes Bush takes away peoples rights, just like anyone else in his position does.

Did you actually read the article, or just the title?

This is an OP ED piece, In other words, it's an opinion piece, an editorial, some guys wet dream.

Read the whole article, then post another question.

'Judge Declares Declaration of Independence Unconstitutional'
And the next line reads:
"Okay, so the headline is a bit premature, but it’s the logical precursor to the legal philosophy of liberal extremists, isn’t it?"

In other words he made it up. He means to suggest that liberals would like to get rid of the constitution which George Bush called "that damn piece of paper."

Your God doesn't exist. I guarantee it on the lives of my children and my dead mother. Why some people never stop believing in the "Santa of all Santas" is beyond me, but your attempts at subverting our Republic for a Christian extremist regime in Washington won't happen. The yankees kicked your butts once and we're prepared to do it again. Quit while you're alive.

Name the judge.

Oh wait a minute, the article never said that a judge "actually" did that. That article was just a huge piece of incoherent babbling and you take as fact. Nice job.

Here is the first sentence to your right wing extremest Site you reference
"Okay, so the headline is a bit premature, but it’s the logical precursor to the legal philosophy of liberal extremists, isn’t ?"

The rest of the article just like the site are corporate (Republican) opinions .

No, a Judge did not do that.
You should try reading more then the title..
If an Op-Ed article almost makes you cry, you are in bad shape.
You are not dreaming, you are simply not thinking rationally, stop letting emotion control you.
