She/he stays near the bottom of the bottle, near the rocks, and it looks a bit like it is cut. I come into my room ever hour or two and start crying because I think they are dead, then I shake the bottle just a slight bit and put stuffed animals up next to the bottle (those are things that make them respond) and they respond a bit. I noticed they aren't swimming high. For the past few hours they have been in my room with the light off and door closed. Are they dead, stressed out, dying, or just plain sleepy/not used to the place they are in? I got them today. I believe it's female. It hasn't been named yet, but I am thinking about the name Snowy. That's my information.
Any responses?

Oh my gosh, you have fish in a bottle?! Why do you have them in a bottle? Is there a lid on the bottle?

First off, take the fish out of the bottle. Put them in ANYTHING other than the bottle. Even a cereal bowl would be better than a bottle.

Guppies are usually very active. They should be swimming all over the place. They are probably suffocating from lack of oxygen. Stuffed animals won't oxygenate the water. You need to buy an aquarium of some sort if you want to keep them alive. You should never keep fish in anything small enough that you can pick up and shake. Go to the fish store as soon as humanly possible and either buy those fish a proper home or give them back.

I'm sorry if I sound mean but I can't understand why anyone would put fish in a bottle.

Get at least a 5 gallon tank right away with a filter and a heater
the heater costs about $15.- it should be a 7.5 watt
and the tank set should come about $30
the gravel about $5

Set your tank up and put in conditioned water
Let it sit for at least 2 hours before putting in your guppies

check your water daily, don't overfeed your guppies and do a 25% partial waterchange every 3 days until your tank is cycled, which takes about 6-8 weeks, you will need to keep the ammonia in check in order for your guppies to survive

go to your LFS weekly to get your tankwater tested and see how it's going
once your ammonia and nitrites are at 0, you can stop doing the waterchanges every 3 days
then you will have to do weekly waterchanges weekly
Don't change out the filterpad in this time, because that's where the good bacteria is growing

Also get a small siphon to do your waterchanges

Hope that helps
Good luck

Take the ineffective guppy out of the tank and remove it in some sanitary vogue. The decomposing fish will create a great style of ammonia, which will kill your different fish. additionally, do a partial water exchange at present.

Your guppy should not be in a bottle. o_O

Get it a proper fish tank with a filter and a heater as fast as you can, or you really WILL have a dead fish. A bottle is not a proper home for any fish.

They're most likely dying, because you put them in a bottle.
