Well, it depends on the reason? Are they reducing it because you were demoted?

Since it is legal for your employer to fire you without reason; I would have to say that it is also legal for your employer to reduce your pay without cause.

Depends where your from? Austalia, Japan, America, Canada, Europe, New Zealand, China, Korea etc?? Theres a lot of countries and a lot of different laws ya know.

Not unless you're working less. If you're still working the same amount of hours, and still doing the same job as you were when you were getting paid your original amount, they cannot reduce your pay.
