How old are you exactly. You also dont want to be one of those old ladies with hair curlers all the time and going everywhere with it.

My opinion is if you have to wear it in a pony tail because that's the only way you can wear it, it is time to cut it. I once had very long hair, and wore it that way because it would always get in my way doing things, well I cut it first time 10 inches, then a couple months later it went short. I love it. I get up run a comb through it I'm good to go. Takes one drop of shampoo to wash it, one drop of conditioner, 5 minutes blow drying. Oh what a relief it is (lol)

is it one or two? I still wear mine in one on the back of my head center. Now if you are wearing it on top like bambam or pigtails yes you are too old. But one is fine.
