First, convert the feet in the question into yards:

25/3 = 8.33
36/3 = 12

Area = length x width

Area = 8.33 x 12 = 99.99

Answer 100 sq yd

Area = Length * Width

= 36 * 25 = 900 sq. Ft

Note: THAT iS not the answer, you need to change the units

1 yd = 3 ft, 1 sq. yd = 9 sq. ft.

900 (sq. ft) / 9 (sq. Ft / sq. yd ) = 100 sq. Yd

:::::::::::::::::: Ans 100 sq. yd.
