People will get panicky at first. Later, they could be our friend, and a transter of technologies will take place, and the earth will flourish with new innovations based on the new knowledge obtain from them. People will live happily there after.

Humans particularly the elite of this planet would attempt to exploit them for their knowledge.........
Other consequences: disease they could bring diseases to this planet we can't cure and make us sick like the Europeans did when they brought small pox and infected the Indians.
