There are probably several words that you could use there, but 'outcome' would do fine. Also 'result'.
'Affluence' and 'Influential' would NOT do fine. What is wrong with people??

wouldn't it be like...change? or something else b/c if you affect something you are producing an effect. If you influence something you are producing a..change? Affect is a verb effect is a noun; influence is a verb, so you need a noun to go with it. it's obviously not affluence cause that's totally irrevlevant, but i don't think it's influential either b/c that's an adj and i'm pretty sure the blank should be filled with a noun.

Its affluence. You're going for words that sound similar but have different meanings.

I'm with you on outcome.
Affect = influence
for example: The constant insults affected her self esteem.
Effect = outcome
for example: The contsant insults had an effect on her self esteem.
