The time it took you to ask is long enough. Gas evaporates pretty quickly. I usually just stop the fuel supply and try to start this quickly and easily cures a flooding situation. No need to remove the plugs. But since you have them out pull the fuel pump relay and crank the engine to dry the fuel up faster.Then put the plugs back in.

Who told you to take the plugs out in the first place. Just let the engine sit for a little while, then retry.

agree with the others that there is no need to remove the plugs. If you hold the throttle full open (no pumping) it will clear out a little faster as well
