i cant change my destop on my computer..
im using Window XP..
can somebody give me the instructions...
helpp!!

i click at:
desktop.
properties.

but there is only
theme,screen saver,appearance,settings..

no desktop!

Okay, how about the long way, so there's no misunderstandings? Click on Start>Control Panel>(This has to be in CATEGORY view, in case you're using CLASSIC view. Change the view in upper left corner), Appearance and Themes>Change Desktop Background. Then if you want you can click on Browse, and in Browse, click on My Pictures>and click on a folder of your pictures, then down to Open, or/and click on the picture, then down to Apply, and OK.

Right click in the middle of the screen
(not on an icon)

Left click on properties
(personalize on Vista)

Click on Wallpaper tab

select you background.

right click on the desktop itself and click properties and got to desktop, if u have a special picture u eant go to brower otherwise scroll thorugh what they have

right click the screen without an icon
click properties
go to desktop
choose one of the options they already have or download one.

right click on your desktop, properties, background tab(or desktop....can't remember....dont use windows too much)
