As a Mom I can tell you that thoughtful gifts from the heart are the best. I loved to get things that were homemade with love when my children were young. As they got older they always seemed to know the little things that would make me happy..a good book, warm fuzzy slippers, a cozy robe, pretty earings, a good CD, a DVD of one of my favorite movies etc.
Merry Christmas.

How about fixing her a nice meal, doing the dishes. Another thing is the two of you going to a beauty shop together and getting your hair fixed then going out to a meal together. Write a nice poem about your mother and then put it in a frame along with your picture. Have a Happy Christmas to you and your family!

If she wants a happy family, buy her a chocolate fountain and some chocolate. and don't even think I'm kidding because that is whatr i got my mom for Christmas. Anyway a chocolate fountain will make her family happy (like she asked for) because, well, who doesn't like chocolate?

maybe make her a video colage of your family on dvd with music!
Maybe a scrapbook, a mothers ring with the kids birthstones, or a necklace
Mothers like sentimental things, mostly things from the heart!
