If you've just had unprotected sex, the only thing you can to do decrease the chances of pregnancy (aka increase the chances of preventing pregnancy, as you called it) is to go and get the MORNING AFTER PILL. Take it as soon as possible after sex, within the first 24 hours for best results, and there is a very high chance it will stop a pregnancy that would have occurred. You can get it over the counter at your pharmacy; if you are under 18 you will need a doctor's prescription in the US.
However the pill is expensive, doesn't always work and shouldn't be used often. It's best to take precautions before sex.

Call around and find a pharmacy that sells the morning after pill! It is available without a prescription depending on where you live.
No, there are not any foods that will prevent pregnancy.

No sex, condoms, birth control have worked for people in the past. Back in the olden days they tried eating certain stuff but they still ended up having 13 kids so you might want to stick with the rubbers

After sex you can try the morning after pill for up to 72 hours after, but it's never a good method to rely on. (Each morning after pill costs around $60) If its after 72 hours all you can do is hope and pray. Maybe consider a $6 box of condoms or abstaining.

hmm....you can easily do an abortion If you found out you are pregnant ! some hard exercises cause miscarriage too. But if you only had sex and you afraid of being pregnant, FIRST take a test and make sure about the pregnancy, THEN go to a DR and ask him/her to show ya the best way.
But If you dont wanna get pregnant, tell ya partner to use a candom.

There is nothing that she can do right after pregnancy to prevent it which is why it's important to take precautions before you have sex, like condoms and the birth control pill.

No, spicy foods don't help. Don't have sex if you aren't educated enough to know how to protect yourself.

abstain from sex or use birth control. the type of food you eat doesn't lower the odds of pregnancy.

the morning after pill, alternatively for SOME women SOME of the time it can help if you clean up afterwards and use the toilet.
However, it's very very very unreliable. If you're having sex then please just go onto contraception if you don't want children.
