i wa sold a counterfeit memory stick pro duo from a market how can i report them?

Every State has an office of fair trading and they will try to help. If you bought at a market though, it may be hard to do anything about it.

Preserve the counterfeit goods and file a case against the seller in the small claims court in your locality.

From what I could find, you'll have to report it directly to the manufacturer. Look them up on line.
You could also try contacting Consumer Affairs for additional information.
