yeah i bileave in best answers but it mainly depends upon who the person who is asking the question, weather he is satisfied by your answer or not

I believe in best answer mostly, that is the reason why I choose best answer most of the times.
It is not a luck. A best answer is available(most of the times) when a wise person who has knowledge in the topic gives answer from his own experience rather than by copying and pasting.
Select the best answer for this question when you think any answer gave you the correct and satisfactory information.

Luck and opinion.
I find it hard to pick BA. It's hard to rate an opinion. I do though. Sometimes I just write everyones name down, close my eyes and point to one and thats who gets it. Other times it just who I agree with the most or who took the time to answer the question fully.
As for this question? IDK when you read the answers think about how answered for the 2 points and who thought about it. If you have too pick the one with the most TU or do a blind pick like I do.

Sometimes, there isn't a best answer. Either they are all bad, all good or none seem to say what the asker is looking for.
In that case, I'll either vote for most suitable one or just not vote at all.

just the best answer to the one who asked
for whatever reason
they have for choosing it.

I think it depends on the personality of the asker, and how much they like their answers. I guess the answer they agree with and like the most will become Best Answer.

many cases best ans is the one which is closest to your own view..it just re-reinforces your own opinion.....and choose one by keeping ur eyes closed..scroll down and stop ..that b ur best ans!
