Is the black sea the deepest mass of water in the world.

I think that spot is a, not so deep part, of the Black Sea. Interesting question. The reason I think that black spot is a shallow spot is because I am comparing it to the reef along the land which is also darker. The deepest mass of water used to be the Atlantic Ocean, near the triangle, but whose to tell. Very cool, thank you...

The deepest fresh water in the world. The deepest sea is the Marianas Trench in the Pacific Ocean near the Phillipines.

The deepest water in the world is at the Mariana's Trench in the Pacific Ocean.

eta after Tom E's answer: the deepest freshwater is not the Black Sea. It is Lake Baikal in Siberia. As a matter of fact, the Black Sea isn't even freshwater. Also, the Mariana's Trench is not a sea, it is a trench located in the ocean.

that sure is deep , but maybe , it is just a slab of a big dark colored rock ... the deepest depth is the atlantic ocean ...
