Stale chocolates after someone left the lid on the box off all night.
Tree needles falling over and getting ground into the carpet, meaning you'll be vacuuming them up come next April. Although this year, we have an artificial tree that isn't just table-sized, hurray!
Trying to fit all the wrappings into the single garbage can.
Having to put the Nativity set away, when it would be so much nicer to keep it out.
Trying to figure out which calendar to put up from all the ones you get from people.
Wishing you could visit all the people you know or haven't seen for months, but time runs out.
Wishing you could invite all the people in nursing homes who don't have family home with you, but you're on a budget.
January diets are next.

having to take all the decorations down and pack them back up. It's so beautiful seeing all the decorations throughout the city especially in our neighborhood. Some people go all out and it's a big deal with some folks. lol

After its all over and you have to pack up all the decorations, take the tree down, try to vacuum up all the needles, send out thank you notes, and opening the mail and getting all those bills for the presents you bought.
