I think its gotta be Fabulous Moolah. I am a long time Trish Stratus fan, but even Trish will tell you that Moolah was the one who paved the way for women in the wrestling business. No woman will ever top what the Fabulous Moolah did in the WWE, but Trish is the one woman who has come the closest.

Trish Stratus because she took what the Fabulous Moolah did and raised the bar. I don't think any diva would be able to duplicate Trish Stratus' impact on the WWE.

trish came from just eye candy and transformed herself into one of the most respectable female wrestlers ever.
every single diva respects the fabulous moolah, she was really the one who paved the way for womens wrestling, without no moolah there would be no trish stratus.
moolah held the womens title for what like 10 years+ only to drop the title famously to wendi ricther at wrestlemani.

Looks: I would choose Micki James, then Trish
Wrestling ability: Moolah over Trish===wrestlers today do not "wrestle"..it is acrobatics and athletic moves
Athletic ability: Trish over Moolah

Trish Stratus. I don't think any diva can amount to her standards! She is one of the very few divas to win the hardcore title which was intended for male superstars only. Trish gets my vote...

moolah champion for decades. trish basically just eye candy fitness model, to her credit did learn a few moves so became decent wrestler, champion for just limited period of time. moolah greatest, no contest...
