Stock Market and PAID FOR Real Estate. Why settle for ONE million?

To the person that said Real Estate is 'flat out dead': That is EXACTLY why NOW is the time to invest. There are NO buyers and you can get property CHEAP.

Any one of these investments could make $1 million, but it would depend on how much you could invest. If you can invest $100,000 in the stock market, which has a historical average return of about 10%, you could make $1 million in about 25 years, for example. Real estate has returned something less than that historically, so it would take longer to make your $1 million. I have no idea how to make money on "Internet" investment. But investing in Google when it went public would have been a great idea!

Internet and business. bc the Internet is not going anywhere and investing in business is usually a good bet.

Don't invest in Real Estate for at least a few years bc the market is flat out dead in most areas.

and the stock market is too unpredictable.
