I can't speak to their wifi, but they do have a sizeable number of unhappy customers in general, at least going by the favorable/unfavorable ratio on Broadband Reports -

Compared to Optimum Online, they do not have a favorable good/bad ratio.

Just the wifi? Just to help sanity, ask yourself this question...
have I added a new 2.4Ghz wireless phone to the household?
Anything that works in the same frequency range can play havoc with you wifi. Start watching the patterns...when "problems" arise, what is in use? Phone? Microwave?
Not knowing what your actual problem is, I just had to throw this out there. I've seen many customers pull their hair out because of "intermittent" wifi problems that was finally traced to a 2.4Gz phone or similar. When little Johnny called for pizza, the wireless network went down. Hang up, networks back...
Worth a shot... :) It just sounds strange that the wifi seems to be what you are having problems with, and it's very persistent from the looks of it.

Lol. in case you have a topic with comcast why no longer basically bypass swap to dsl or something slower. an excellent form of the internet velocity relies upon on the place you're and how many internet browsers are open and CPU utilization. comcast is astounding. we've had it constantly or maybe via on the spot it runs super.
