When a company such as vizmedia, licenses a show and translates it to another language does that company have domain over the original? Such as removing or requesting removal of said content from other websites. (made and translated by an entirely diffrent company)

Depends on the contract for the license.

I doubt it. Anyone who can license a translated show probably won't give away anything more than the right to air that show in the specified foreign language.
