No, not unless they're serious bullies. My dad never had a kid steal his lunch money, but kids sometimes fought him. (He only started one with a nasty kid who got in detention a lot).

In my experience bullies don t actually do anything blatantly aggressive. The worst will do things like pretend to befriend those they think are "stupid" or "retarded" just to mock them or ask them annoying questions.
A casual observer might not realize that bullying is going on.

It depends on the school. Some have physical bullies (beat people up) and some have mental (use words to hurt others).

my son was bullied in school. they do a lot worse than that. bullying is a serious problem in our schools but many people think its a joke

at my school, on the last days for vacation the take eggs and throw them at you. or they just cover you in mustard and ketchup. fun fun.
