i try to..there was this girl at work who was new...i said 'hello" she said nothing and pushed past me grumpy.

I got fired from the job for an injury..i was upset and i was trying to get my bag under the bench where she was standing and working. She told me to "move!!!"

Sometimes.

Sometimes people infuriate me with what they say and I blow my stack like anyone else.

But, sometimes I am able to channel my heart and that is when people look truly ridiculous. I don't like to look truly ridiculous so I prefer these times.

In the end I always find a path around my feelings of hurt and then I speak as I would most, honestly and without a critical eye for what went wrong.

Honestly, no I don't. I speak kindly to everyone at first. I speak respectfully to those who may seem testy or disrespectful. But when they bring the mean, I can't hold it in. I put them DOWN. Down and out. No apologies.
